PUBLIC PARTY
Starting at $250, includes two hours of party area rental / cleanup (+ tax)
For a Public Party of 15 playing Attendees.
The price shown is the starting price. Factors such as age range, headcount and duration will affect the total.
Smaller parties with less than 15 playing attendees are more than welcome to schedule
their party at the standard pricing of $15 a head + $25 table rental / cleanup fee
(All parties, regardless of size include 15% gratuity
which goes directly to the staff member(s) working the party.)
Your Public Party Package Includes:

An unforgettable, totally retro party experience for all ages to enjoy Unlimited Free Play on over 80+ classic arcade cabinets, which includes several unique rhythm games, a wall of racing & shooting games, classic arcade games like Pac-Man, Galaga, & Donkey Kong, an extensive selection of both modern and retro consoles, a huge air hockey table, a foosball table, two pinball machines, and two towering indoor basketball machines.

2 Hour Reservation of Flynn’s Party Area, which provides seating and table space for you and your guests to sit down and eat. This reservation does not include the consoles, which are always available to the public.

Ability to bring your own decorations, food & cake. Pizza can be ordered directly to the venue if you so desire. Cake and cupcakes are welcome, if you have an ice cream cake we’d be happy to store it in our Sub-Zero Freezer.

One free soda, water or soft drink provided for each playing attendee. Sodas have no tangible, exchangeable value and must be redeemed during your party. Additional sodas & drinks must be purchased from Flynn’s. No outside drinks are permitted.

Rules & Restrictions:

$100 deposit is due to secure the date & must be paid prior to the party/event. Your party is not officially scheduled until the deposit is made. Remainder of the amount is due the day of the party and can be paid via cash, credit card, or Mobile Pay.

All cancellations must be made one week prior to the date of your party to receive a refund on your deposit. We are willing to accommodate a full refund in certain circumstances. Please call us to discuss your options should you need to cancel.

Public parties can be scheduled any time during our normal hours of operation. If looking to purchase additional time for your reservation, please understand that you cannot extend your party time the day of. It is the responsibility of the party host to request additional hour(s) at the time of booking the reservation.

Even if you’re planning a small party, we strongly urge all parties to plan with us in advance and discourage “walk-in” parties, as we cannot guarantee the space will be available (ex. We’re having an event or the tables are reserved for another party) Impromptu parties will be charged an additional $50 walk in / inconvenience fee, or simply turned away if we cannot accommodate your group.

Flynn’s does not currently provide catering options, only single serving made to order food options. We are not currently equipped to handle bulk orders. Therefore you are more than welcome to bring in your own food, as well as order pizza / food directly to the venue as we are currently unable to cater.

No suggestive content or 18+ themes are permitted in your decorations.

We no longer accept the use of coolers, and outside drinks are not permitted. We provide one free soda / water for each attendee, additional drinks must be purchased through Flynn’s.

Absolutely no outside alcohol allowed on the premises, no smoking or vaping.

Please do not bring any confetti, confetti-filled balloons or party poppers. Flynn’s charges a default $25 cleaning fee for every party. An additional $25 cleaning fee will be applied if trash, confetti, food, or any remaining decorations are left behind.
Set up and Breakdown:

You may arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up the area. If you need extra time to set up, you must let us know in advance as we require adequate time between parties to clean the space and set it up between groups.

Extra tables may be provided upon request if hosting a larger party. It is the responsibility of the host to inform us of your expected headcount & request for extra tables at the time of booking as we cannot guarantee accommodation for changes to a group size.

At the scheduled end time of your party, the party area must be broken down and reset to how it was found no later than 30 minutes after the end of your party. Please ask our staff for assistance if help is needed to break down the party area. We’re happy to help!

Due to the amount of reservations we have daily, once your reservation time has ended, we ask that your guests vacate the party space so that we may clean the area and prepare for the next reservation.

Failure to pay the remaining amount due at the end of your party, aka not paying for the service that we provided, will be regarded as theft, and will result in a permanent ban. These terms are subject to change at any given time as approved by Flynn’s Gaming Inc.
